Customer Notes:
Order for Pick-Up
• Please wait for our notification before booking your preferred courier (e.g., Lalamove, Grab, etc.). You will receive a message from us once your order is ready for dispatch or pick-up. This avoids unnecessary waiting time or failed pick-up attempts.
Delivery and Courier Coordination
• If you are booking your own courier, please provide the courier’s name and contact number once booked. Our dispatch team will coordinate directly with them for smoother handover.
Pick-Up Schedule
• Pick-up hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on weekends and Philippine public holidays. Kindly ensure your courier arrives within this time window.
Order Processing Time
• Orders are generally processed within 2–3 working days, depending on stock availability. You will be notified in case of any delays due to high volume or special product requests.
Product Concerns & After-Sales Support
• For any product concerns, requests for replacement, or refund, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days from the date of receipt. Be sure to provide relevant documentation such as photos and order reference.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
