How To Prepare Your Rock Salt and Cheese

OPTION 1
(1) Put 7-14grams of Concentrated Salted Cheese Foam Powder (RSC) in 450grms of whipping cream in a blender.
(2) Blend together thoroughly until the desired texture is achieved.
(3) We recommend using TOP Multi-Purpose Blender to attain the best results.
(4) Store on a chiller, and apply as a design on the cup.

OPTION 2 (MOST RECOMMENDED) 
(1) Pour three (3) grams of Concentrated Salted Cheese Foam Powder (RSC) and 200grms of Cream Puff powder in a blender with 120ml of super cold water.
(2) Blend together thoroughly until the desired texture is achieved.
(3) We recommend using TOP Multi-Purpose Blender to attain the best results.
(4) Store on a chiller, and apply as a design on the cup.
(5) Note: A super cold water temperature is required to achieve the best result for texture.
