SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping via Door-to-door delivery is available by schedule within Metro Manila for a minimum amount of ₱10,000 purchases.

Lead time: 5 – 7 working days.

For purchases below ₱10,000, we can accommodate your orders via LALAMOVE/TOKTOK/GRAB EXPRESS/BORZO/OTHER LOCAL Delivery or J&T Express. Provided the client will shoulder the fee (Local Deliveries and J&T).

Same Day Delivery Order Cut Off: Monday to Friday from 8:00 A.M to 3:00 P.M, you may place your order on this website. Orders beyond 3:00 P.M, every Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday will be processed during the next business hours.

Orders via J&T Express may check below for the shipping days:

Manila: 1 – 5 days
Luzon: 1 – 5 days
Visayas: 3 – 7 days
Mindanao: 3 – 7 days

The day of sending the package is not included. Palawan’s lead time is based on the lead time indicated above plus additional 15 days.

For deliveries outside Metro Manila, We have a scheduled delivery once every month per province. Minimum amount of purchase varies on the distance of specific delivery drop-off. (Bulacan, Pampanga, Bataan, Zambales, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Pangasinan, La Union, Baguio, Cavite, Batangas, Laguna and Rizal only).

For purchases below the minimum amount required for delivery in extreme northern and southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, we arrange shipment via Air and Sea Freight, Door-to-door services, Bus, and Trucking. Must reach at least ₱20,000 worth of purchase. Freight cost is to be shouldered by the client. We discourage the shipping of cones as these products are prone to breakage.
